Coleslaw may not be everyone's cup of tea, but we guarantee our Asian Slaw with BAMnut Noodle croutons will be a hit with anyone who tries it. This Asian version of coleslaw is packed with fresh, bright flavours that taste great alone or paired with almost any dish.

Ingredients

Salad ingredients

25g carrot
50g purple cabbage
25g cucumber
¼ packet BAMnut Noodle

Dressing ingredients

1tsp sesame oil
20g apple cider vinegar
25ml sunflower/canola/vegetable oil
½ packet BAMnut Noodle seasoning
½ BAMnut Noodle sauce packet
1 BAMnut Noodle oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (optional)

Directions

Start with shredding your carrots, cabbage and cucumbers.
Break your BAMnut Noodles into smaller pieces.
