Overnight oats are a fuss-free, ready-to-eat breakfast. Perfect for night owls or early risers who wake up the next morning craving a quick, virtually effortless, brekkie! It's on of the easiest breakfast meal prep recipes that is nutritious, filling, and feel-good. There's literally only 2 key ingredients: oats and a liquid medium of your choice (we highly recommend BamNut Milk, the best plan(e)t-based milk!). The rest of the ingredients are completely up to you: the flavour possibilities are endless!
So why not opt for a ✨ festive ✨ pumpkin pie flavoured overnight oats? Using pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and candied pecans, you'll get the exact same feeling of eating pumpkin pie but with better nutritional value! This recipe is packed with protein, fiber, and vitamins to give you the nourishment that you need for your day, thanks to our wholesome BamNut milk!
½ cup BamNut Milk (Barista)
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp candied pecans
¼ cup coconut yogurt
Layer all the ingredients together in a jar.
Close the jar and store overnight in the refrigerator.
On the next day, take out the jar and top with candied pecans and coconut yogurt.
