Aglio olio is an Italian pasta dish known for its simple preparation and ingredients. Our recipe replaces the traditional spaghetti for an added depth of flavor!

Ingredients

1 packet of BAMnut Pumpkin Noodles
3 cloves of garlic
1 chilli padi
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp salt
3 brown button mushrooms, sliced
Salt to taste
Parmesan cheese to garnish (optional)

BAMNUT NOODLES WITH SPICY CURRY SAUCE

Directions

Boil 500ml of water and add salt.
Add BAMnut Pumpkin Noodles to water and cook for 3 minutes.
Strain noodles and reserve 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside.
In a pan, heat oil and add garlic and chilli and sautee till garlic is slightly golden.
Then, add mushrooms to the pan and sautee till brown.
Put the noodles with the reserved water into the pan and toss.
To serve, garnish with parmesan cheese (optional)
