It can be made ahead of time and best to serve chilled as an after meal dessert. Try it out and impress your friends and family this Chinese New Year!
500mL of BamNut Milk Airy
52g of Instant Chrysanthemum Tea Powder
2 tbsp of Dried Goji Berry
5g of Agar Powder
In a saucepan, add in BamNut milk Airy, Instant Chrysanthemum Tea Powder and Dried Goji Berry.
Using a hand whisk to stir well mixture at low heat until everything is well dissolved and mixed.
Add agar powder and bring to boil.
Once boiled, immediately removed from the heat.
Pour the mix into jelly moulds and add goji berry evenly for a nice appearance. Then fill up the moulds with the remaining chrysanthemum liquid.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Place the jelly mould in the fridge to chill overnight or until when it is ready to serve. Enjoy!
