Ingredients

2 cups of BamNut Milk Airy
1 cup of Chia Seeds
1tbsp of Honey

Toppings (optional)

Granola
Fruits (kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)

Directions

Soak chia seeds in BamNut milk overnight. The ratio of milk to chia seeds can be adjusted according to the preference of the thickness of the pudding.
Ensure to stir well and break up lumps of chia seed to allow for an even smooth texture.
Chill in fridge overnight. On the next morning, add in a tablespoon of honey and mix well.
Garnish with granola and the fruits of your choice. Serve it cold!
