Did you spot the extra thick and creamy milk foam on top of the coffee? It is not made from any dairy milk! We’ve used our plant-based milk alternative - the BamNut Milk Barista - fabulously foamy without compromising the texture and taste.
You will be surprised how easy it is to froth our milk, creating a silky milk foam that lasts and lasts.

BamNut Milk Barista
100g Ice cubes
Sugar syrup (½ cup sugar, 1 cup water)
An espresso shot
Dissolve ½ cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Constantly stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool and set it aside.
Add the matcha mix and sugar syrup to your liking in a cup.
Add ice cubes.
Pour enough BamNut Milk Barista to fill most of the cup, leaving a little space for the espresso shot.
Add the espresso shot. Ready to serve. Cheers!
