Did you spot the extra thick and creamy milk foam on top of the coffee? You will be surprised how easy to froth our BAMnut Barista milk to create a silky milk foam that lasts and lasts!

Ingredients

BAMnut Milk Barista
Matcha Mix (¼ tsp matcha powder, ⅛ cup of water)
100g Ice cubes
Sugar syrup (½ cup sugar, 1 cup water)
An espresso shot

Directions

Sugar syrup

Dissolve ½ cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Constantly stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool and set it aside.

Matcha Coffee

Add the matcha mix and sugar syrup to your liking in a cup.
Add ice cubes.
Pour enough BAMnut Milk Barista to fill most of the cup, leaving a little space for the espresso shot.
Add the espresso shot. Ready to serve. Cheers!
