You’ll love this so matcha! Get an instant mood boost with this Matcha Strawberry Latte recipe using our own BAMnut Barista Milk.

Ingredients

BAMnut Milk Barista (1 cup)
Matcha Mix (¼ tsp matcha powder, ⅛ cup of water)
100g Strawberries (Fresh or frozen)
100 Ice cubes
Sugar syrup (½ cup sugar, 1 cup water)

Directions

Sugar syrup

Dissolve ½ cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil.
Constantly stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool and set it aside.

Matcha Strawberry Latte

Crush strawberry pieces with pestle.
Add 1/4 of cup of crushed strawberry pieces and add sugar syrup to your liking.
Add ice cubes.
Pour BAMnut Milk Barista to fill most of the cup, leaving a little space for the matcha mix.
Add matcha mix. Ready to serve. Cheers!
