We have another amazingly simple yet tasty recipe for you to try out: this gorgeous 10-minute Peanut Noodle Bowl! This bowl may only take 10 minutes to prepare, but it is packed full of all the goodness and nutrition you need to keep you going during your workday or to end off a busy workday! Did we mention this recipe is completely vegan too? What more could you ask for!
How to use BamNut Noodles to make a protein-packed noodle bowl
In this recipe, we used our BamNut Noodles instead of regular egg noodles or plain noodles, as they are made from the protein-rich Bambara groundnut. Each noodles serving contains about the same protein as 2 eggs, making it a high protein ingredient. Additionally, it is rich in fiber.

1 packet BamNut Noodles
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Sesame seeds
Bok choy, lightly steamed
Sweet Hot Seasoning packet from BamNut Noodles
2-4 tbsp boiling water
1 tbsp chili crisp
2 tbsp creamy salted peanut butter
1 tsp sriracha
½ tbsp sesame seeds
Fresh green onions
Start by cooking the BamNut noodles according to the package instructions (except do not add the seasoning packets at this stage, just water to cook the noodles).
While the noodles are cooking, make the sauce and prep your veggies.
Take the seasoning and oil packets included in the BamNut Noodle package and add them to a bowl with all the sauce ingredients. Stir until creamy. Adjust the hot water in this step to your desired consistency.
Assemble the bowl and enjoy!
