How to use BamNut Milk (Barista) to make a Gingerbread BamNut Latte
In this recipe, we use our super creamy and frothy BamNut Milk (Barista) to make a dairy-free, plant-based gingerbread latte! Our BamNut milk is high in protein, higher in fiber, lower in fat, and is made from the REgenerative Bambara groundnut.
2.5 cups BamNut Milk (Barista)
½ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 espresso shots
Whipped cream
Gingerbread cookies
Ice
Mix sugar and spices in a bowl.
Heat 0.5 cups of BamNut Milk with blended spices.
Mix until sugar dissolves.
Add remaining BamNut Milk (2 cups) and heat until just boiled.
Serve in a mug and top with whipped cream and gingerbread cookies.
Serve in a tall glass with ice and add a shot of espresso. Top with whipped cream and gingerbread cookies.
