Stir fry our air fried noodles
300g BamNut Noodles
30g capsicum (yellow)
30g capsicum (red)
30g capsicum (green)
Salt – to taste
Chicken powder – to taste
1 tbs soy sauce
Cut ingredients capsicums, carrot & cabbage into julienne
Add noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Heat up wok with oil, quick stir fried capsicums and put aside.
Stir fried carrots and cabbage with egg, add noodles and seasoning, wok fried until fragrant.
Plate and garnish with spring onion.
