What is Moringa?
Moringa
oleifera is a plant native to India that also grows in
Asia, Africa, and South America. Known as the “miracle tree,” Moringa is widely
used in traditional herbal medicines across many cultures due to its nutritive
properties. It is the extract from Moringa leaves that gives our WhatIF noodles
that wonderful lush green colour.
You might wonder what you can do with Moringa powder from the Giving
Tree?
There are many applications possible, and we would like to share an easy
3-ingredient Moringa latte recipe with you!

Ingredients
1 tsp Moringa powder
Sweetener of choice to taste (maple syrup, stevia, or honey)
1 cup dairy-free milk of choice · 1-2 tsp hot water
Directions
Add moringa powder, sweetener of choice and hot water to a small bowl. Use a matcha whisk (or small whisk) to blend completely so no clumps remain.
Heat your dairy-free milk of choice. Transfer your moringa mixture to your serving mug and top with your heated / frothed dairy-free milk.
