I have to admit that yesterday I couldn't resist and had my first "What If Food" noodles, the moringa noodles were the choosen ones. I have to admit that I was surprised, they were very tasty, great texture and intense flavor of the sauce. I will keep trying the rest of the flavors ;)
My daughter loves instant noodles but I hate buying them because they are so full of chemicals (and use tons of plastic) so I decided to give these a try. I tried the Moringa and loved them. Great real flavor, no chemical aftertaste, vegetarian, and surprisingly filling. I followed the instructions to pre-mix the seasoning in a separate bowl and didn't have any issues with clumping. Would love to see less plastic, but otherwise very happy.
Along with the many reviews before mine, I am absolutely digging the packaging, unique smell of noodles, texture, and nutrients packed into each serving. Only area for improvement would be the seasoning which clumps together, and the flavour being a bit too faint/light to some. I personally think it’s just the right amount, but my partner feels there is more room to pack a punch! Overall exceeded expectations, and excited to see more improvements in future!
The noodles are really nice! Has a nice scent and texture. Macronutrients are pretty darn amazing, low calories, high protein and fibre. Seasonings can definitely be better, I was very excited about this because I love garlic, but it turned out a little disappointing. It has the intense garlic spiciness, but the taste is kind of lacking. It can also have a little more salt. Overall pretty good, but there’s room for improvement!
Disappointed to see that the seasoning powder still clumps up despite claims that it has been solved. Due to the clumping it’s difficult to mix the sauce properly and I had to pour water onto the powder making the noodles slightly more diluted. However, overall the taste is good but would be better if you guys can solve the clumping issue.
