Ube (pronounced ooh-beh) is the word in
its native home, the Philippines, for “Purple Yam”. A deliciously
tasting mix of Ube and Bambara groundnut, giving it a nutty flavor.
It is high in protein, 100% plant based, low in fat and has 57% less sugar than comparable shakes.
60g WhatIF Ube Shake powder
200ml milk (plant based or regular)
Half a cup of fruits (blueberries, raspberries, banana)
1 tbs pumpkin seeds
1 tbs chocolate nibs
Pour 200ml milk in a blender
Add 60g WhatIF Ube Shake powder
Blend for 2 minutes
Transfer to a bowl and add fruit and seed toppings
