WhatIf Ube Shake meets Dalgona coffee
Ube Dalgona coffee
Ube (pronounced ooh-beh) is the word in
its native home, the Philippines, for “Purple Yam”. A deliciously
tasting mix of Ube and Bambara groundnut, giving it a nutty flavor.
It is high in protein, 100% plant based, low in fat and has 57% less sugar than comparable shakes.
1 portion (30g) WhatIF Ube shake powder
200ml milk of choice
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp hot water
In a bowl, combine instant coffee, maple syrup and hot water
Mix with a blender until fluffy
Combine the WhatIF Ube shake powder and milk in a blender and blend
Pour the WhatIF Ube shake in a glass and then top with the Dalgona coffee
