30g BamNut Shake (1 portion)
1 large banana
1 whole mango (approx.160g)
300ml Coconut water
Cut fruits (banana, mango, pineapple) into small portions for easy blending
Add coconut water, cut fruits and one portion of BamNut shake into a blender
Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed
Add garnish based on preference (chia seeds, nuts etc.)
