All you need is 2 essential ingredients; chia seed, and any liquid medium of your choice (we highly recommend BamNut Milk -- the best plant milk, no cap) and you're set! It is plant-based, vegan, and high in protein -- A dairy-free solution to fuel your mornings -- or really, any time of the day. 🥰
A short introduction to Chia seeds
New to Chia Seed? Chia seed is widely hailed as a 'Superfood', bragging of its nutritionally dense packing of omega 3 fatty acids, proteins, and fiber content all into one tiny small, typically black seed. If you haven't tried it, this recipe is a good reason to try it for yourself! Coupled with thick, creamy BamNut Milk, this pudding concoction its the perfect fix to power any weeks -- starting with Sundays.
2 cups of BamNut Milk Airy
1 cup of Chia Seeds
1tbsp of Honey
Granola
Fruits (kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
Soak chia seeds in BamNut milk overnight. The ratio of milk to chia seeds can be adjusted according to the preference of the thickness of the pudding.
Ensure to stir well and break up lumps of chia seed to allow for an even smooth texture.
Chill in fridge overnight. On the next morning, add in a tablespoon of honey and mix well.
Garnish with granola and the fruits of your choice. Serve it cold!
