Who doesn't love the smell of freshly bakes scones? This recipe includes our WhatIF Apple Cinnamon shake powder for extra flavour.

Ingredients
¾ cups all purpose flour
¾ cups BamNut Apple Cinnamon Shake
1 cup oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup butter (softened)
1 egg
¼ cup oat milk
1 cup diced apples
Directions
Preheat oven at 190ᵒC. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper
In a large bowl, combine the flour, BamNut Apple Cinnamon Shake powder, oats, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in the butter and mix until crumbly
In a small bowl, mix together the egg and milk
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix into a sticky dough
Fold in the diced apples
Place the dough in the center of the baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to press the dough into a 8-9 inch circle. Use a long knife to cut the circle into 8 even wedges or use a cookie cutter if a round shape is preferred
Bake for 25 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into one of the wedges comes out clean
Let cool on a wire rack
