Buns with a cinnamon twist
Apple Cinnamon Buns
An apple (bun) a day...keeps all sorrows away!
20g Apple Cinnamon Shake
180g plain flour
140g warm milk
Mix all ingredients together except for butter
Once everything is combined, add butter
Knead to form dough then let it rest for 10 minutes. While resting, cover bowl with cling wrap and rest in a warm area.
Knead for another 4 to 5 minutes and let it rest for another 20 minutes
Knead again for another 5 minutes and let it rest for an hour
Roll dough into small balls to shape buns then after let it rest for another 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C and bake in oven for 20minutes.
