Ingredients
1 cake of WhatIF Bambara Groundnut Noodles with Sweet Hot seasoning
1 cup of ruccola salad
1 egg
Dash of balsamic vinegar
Directions
Bring 500ml water to boil
Add WhatIF BamNut Noodles to boiling water
Cook for 3-5 minutes (until desired bite)
Drain water from noodles and stir in sweet hot seasoning
Place 1 cup of ruccola salad on plate and add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Add noodles on top of salad
Fry 1 happy sunny side up egg and add on top
