Ingredients:

  1. Moringa Noodle – 1 cake
  2. Soy Sesame Garlic seasoning
  3. Japanese Rayu

Non-vegetarian option

  1. Prawns
  2. Scallops
  3. Capsicum

Vegetarian option

  1. Tomatoes
  2. Capsicum
  3. Pine nuts

Instructions:

  1. Cook Moringa noodles with sesame garlic seasoning as per product instructions.
  2. Add 3-5 drops of Japanese Ra-yu for additional fragrant sesame flavour and an extra punch of spice.
  3. Non-vegetarian option: lightly sear scallops, prawns and capsicum.
    Vegetarian option, lightly sear tomatoes and capsicum. Add pine nuts as garnish.
  4. Add them to the noodles for extra flavour and colour burst!
